परिवहन विभाग द्वारा महिलाओं को निशुल्क ड्राइविंग ट्रेनिंग और लाइसेंस।

अगर आप महिला है और आप भी ड्राइविंग सीखना चाहती है तो आप ready हो जाइये क्योकि मध्य प्रदेश का परिवहन विभाग ITI के माध्यम से सभी महिलाओं को निःशुल्क ड्राइविंग सीखा रहा है | परिवहन विभाग की यह पहल महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए की गई है | इसकी शुरुआत प्रदेश की स्मार्ट सिटी इंदौर से की गई है |

इसमें 30 -30 महिलाओं की दो बैच होगी महिलाओं को 30 दिन की ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी | ट्रेनिंग समाप्त होने के बाद महिलाओं को कार का ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस भी दिया जायेगा | यह ट्रेनिंग हर महीने होगी इसमें ITI  टीम द्वारा महिलाओं को ट्रैफिक नियमो की पूरी जानकारी दी जाएगी |  इस ट्रेनिंग का उद्देश्य जरूरतमंद महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाना और स्वयं के लिए रोज़गार के साधन उपलब्ध करना है | 

इसमें बाहर से आने वाली महिलाओं के रुकने और खाने की व्यवस्था भी निःशुल्क की जाएगी इसके लिए आपको आईटीआई में अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाना होगा तब आपको security money के रूप में 1000 रूपये जमा कराना होगा हालांकि ये 1000 रूपये आपको ट्रेनिंग पूरी होने के बाद लोटा दिए जायेंगे |

English Translation:-

If you are a woman and you also want to learn driving, then you should be ready because the Transport Department of Madhya Pradesh is teaching free driving to all women through ITI. This initiative of the Transport Department has been taken to make women self-reliant. It has been started from the smart city Indore in the state.

There will be two batches of 30 -30 women, training will be for 30 days . After the training is over, women will also be given a car driving license. This training will be done every month, in which the ITI team will give full information about traffic rules to women. The objective of this training is to make needy women self-reliant and provide means of employment for themselves.

In this, the arrangement of living and dining of women coming from outside will also be done for free, for this you will have to register yourself in ITI, then you will have to deposit 1000 rupees as security money, however these 1000 rupees will be given to you after completion of training.

She Box क्या हैं ? महिलाओं को इसकी जरूरत क्यों है?

जैसा की हम सभी जानते है महिलाओं की  सुरक्षा के लिए सरकार हमेशा से कई योजनायें लेकर आती रही है | आज जब लगभग सभी चीजें ऑनलाइन हो गई है तो भारत सरकार के महिला बाल विकास मंत्रालय द्वारा महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए एक ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म का शुभारम्भ किया गया है जो महिला कर्मचारियों को यौन उत्पीड़न से संबंधित शिकायते दर्ज कराने  में सक्षम बनाता है | 

she box क्या है ?

she box का पूरा नाम Sexual Harassment Electronic-Box है | यह कार्यस्थल पर महिलाओं का यौन उत्पीड़न अधिनियम 2013 का प्रभावी तरीके से उपयोग करने के लिए बनाया गया है |

She Box की विशेषताएँ :-

1. इस ऑनलाइन प्लेटफार्म का उद्देश्य कार्यस्थल पर महिलाओं की यौन उत्पीड़न से रोकथाम करना है | 
2. इस पोर्टल में हिंदी और इंग्लिश दोनों भाषाओ में शिकायत दर्ज कराई जा सकती है | 
3. इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से शिकायत दर्ज कराना बहुत ही आसान है | 
4. एक बार शिकायत दर्ज हो जाने पर वह सीधे संबंधित मंत्रालय या विभाग के ICC ( आंतरिक शिकायत समिति ) के पास जाएगी | 
5. इसमें शिकायतकर्ता समय-समय पर शिकायत की स्थति भी देख सकता है |

she Box की प्रक्रिया :-

1. इस पोर्टल का उपयोग करने के लिए आप को shebox website पर जाना होगा | 
2. website open करने पर भारत सरकार का महिला बाल विकास मंत्रालय का पेज open होगा | 
3. उसके बाद आपको right side में एक select language का option दिखाई देगा जिसमे हिंदी या इंग्लिश जिस भी भाषा में आप को comfortable लगे आप उसका उपयोग कर सकते है |
4. इसके बाद आपको दो options दिखाई देंगे Register your Complaint एंड View Status Of Complaint | 
5. अगर आप अपनी Complaint पहली बार ragister करा रहे है तो आपको Register your Complaint पर click करना होगा | 
6. Register Your Complaint पर Click करने के बाद वह आपको दो options देगा Goverment Employees or Private Employees, अगर आप Govt. Employees है तो आप केंद्रीय कर्मचारी है या राज्य कर्मचारी | 
7. Private Employees में आप direct Complaint file कर सकते है |
8. इसके बाद आप को एक ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरना होगा जिसमे शिकायतकर्ता का नाम, पद, मोबाइल नंबर, मेल ID, आधार नंबर, मंत्रालय या संगठन का नाम, जिसके खिलाफ शिकायत हो रही है उसका नाम, उसका विभाग,पदनाम, दोनों के बीच कामकाजी संबंध, और  शिकायत का संक्षिप्त विवरण लिखना होगा | 
9. यदि आप ने पहले से ही Complaint फाइल की हुई है तो आप उसकी Status Report देखने के लिए View status of Complaint पर Click करेंगे | 

यह पोर्टल सभी केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और सभी राज्यों के प्राइवेट कर्मचारियों के लिए लागु किया जा चुका है  लेकिन सभी राज्यों के शासकीय कर्मचारियों के लिए इसे अभी लागु नहीं किया गया है|  पोर्टल का फोर्मेट पूरा complete है  सिर्फ इसमें कुछ आवश्यक परिवर्तन कर इसे जल्द लागु किया जायेगा|

Today when almost everything has gone online, the Ministry of Women and Child Development of India has launched an online platform for the protection of women, which enables women employees to file complaints related to sexual harassment at work places.

What is she box?

The full form of she box is Sexual Harassment Electronic-Box. It is designed to effectively use the Sexual Harassment of Women Act 2013 at the workplace.

 Features of She Box: -

1. The purpose of this online platform is to prevent sexual harassment of women at the workplace.
2. Complaints can be lodged in this portal in both Hindi and English languages.
3. Complaining through this portal is very easy.
4. Once a complaint is filed, it will directly go to the ICC (Internal Complaints Committee) of the concerned ministry or department.
5. In this, the complainant can also check the status of the complaint from time to time.

 Process of she box: -

1. To use this portal, you have to go to the shebox website.
2. On opening the website, the page of the Ministry of Women and Child Development of the Government of India will open.
3. After that you will see the option of a select language in the right side, in which you can use it in whatever language you feel comfortable in Hindi or English.
4. After this you will see two options Register your Complaint and View Status of Complaint.
5. If you are ragister your Complaint for the first time, then you have to click on Register Your Complaint.
6. After clicking on Register Your Complaint, portal will give you two options Goverment Employees or Private Employees, if you are Govt. Employees, then portal will ask you again central employee or a state employee?
7. In Private Employees of any State, you can file a direct complaint.
8. After this, you will have to fill an online form in which the name of the complainant, designation, mobile number, mail ID, Aadhaar number, name of the ministry or organization, against which the complaint is being made, its department, designation, working relationship between the two , And write a brief description of the complaint.
9. If you have already filed Complaint, then you will click on View Status of Complaint to see its Status Report.

This portal has been implemented for all central employees and private employees of all states, but it has not been implemented for government employees of all states. The format of the portal is completely ready, it will be implemented soon after making some necessary changes in it.
